About

A Place for Listening

VOICES grew from a curiosity about what makes trust possible. What helps us feel at ease, be fully ourselves and connect openly with others?

Often, it begins with someone holding space for us – in organisations and communities, between colleagues and strangers, in groups or one-to-one.

We believe that holding space and rebuilding trust may be some of the most important work of our time – and something we can all learn to do better.

VOICES listens to people who hold space for others across different worlds and roles, and explores what we can learn from their experience.
